Duncansby Head is the most northeasterly point of both the Scottish and British mainland, just a tad northeast of John o' Groats. It's a cool spot in Caithness, Scotland, jutting into the North Sea with awesome sea stacks called the Duncansby Stacks nearby. Oh, and there's a lighthouse there too, built in 1924 by David Alan Stevenson. If you're up for a road trip, you can cruise from John o' Groats to Duncansby Head – it's the farthest you can go by road from Land's End.
