Housed in one of Alberobello's trullo houses, this Italian restaurant is worth trying. It has several seating areas, including a terrace, but I was inside the trullo itself, which was special and cozy. The menu is diverse enough, with pasta dishes, pizza, meat, and fish, including lots of Apulian dishes. I'll admit that the local cheese platter, which I was actually excited about, was not my favorite, but the orecchiette pasta with cime di rapa, a regional classic, was delicious, so I highly recommend trying it.
