Although there may be some seaweed in the water, and it could be a little cleaner, depending on when you're visiting, this is still a very nice sandy beach in Puglia (beautiful even on a cloudy morning), located right in Gallipoli itself, which is a huge advantage for those traveling without a car. There are no facilities other than sunbed and umbrella rentals during the summer months.
