As a German I NEEEEED german sour dough bread and "Quark" cake every now and then.. Luckily I found Liebhaber Cafe right when I moved here and am since then a big fan. Quark (curd) is like Cream Cheese without cream and therefore full of protein and crazy healthy. For people who don't pay attention to their diet, I highly highly recommend to try the cheese cake if you want to know what a true german fluffy Quarkkuchen tastes like. As everything here is handmade and authentic it's a 5 Star recommendation from me^^
