One of my top 5 favorite places in Iceland! Jökulsárlón is a stunning glacial lake in Iceland, located at the head of the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier. Formed around 60 years ago as the glacier receded, it has grown to cover an area of about 18 square kilometers. The lake is famous for its luminous blue icebergs and has been featured in several Hollywood movies. You can watch the icebergs floating towards the sea, creating a mesmerizing sight.
