South Stack Lighthouse, perched on a small island off the coast of Holyhead, Anglesey, was built in 1809 to guide ships away from treacherous rocks. Standing at 27.7 meters tall, this historic beacon was electrified in 1938 and boasts 365 steps for those brave enough to climb up or down. Don't forget to grab your tickets at the top before making the descent!
