Grab a lift up to the tallest Mountain in Wales - but be warned it's a 2 hour round trip with only 30minutes to explore once you're at the top, and it is a pricey excursion! But if you're keen to see the stunning views from the top of Snowdon (Yr Wydffa) but don't fancy the 4-6 hour hike to the top then this is a great option.

Cost:

Adults - £36

Kids - £26

Under 3 - Free

The Snowdon Mountain Railway is a popular tourist attraction in Wales that takes passengers on a scenic journey from Llanberis to the summit of Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales. Owned and operated by Heritage Great Britain, this narrow gauge rack-and-pinion railway offers breathtaking views and a unique experience for over 140,000 visitors annually. Whether you prefer a steam or diesel locomotive, the 2½-hour round trip includes a stop at the summit, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking adventure and stunning mountain vistas.
