Dinas Emrys, Beddgelert has multiple waterfalls to explore, legends of dragons and wizards, some ruins and a stunning panoramic view at the top. With so much to keep the kids entertained on the trail, this turned out to be one of my favourite walks of the year.

TIME IT TOOK US TO COMPLETE: 2.5 hours but we got lost and did en extra loop, and stopped to play at att the waterfalls
PARKING: National Trust Car park (free for members of £5 all day) LL55 4NG
TOILETS: at the carpark
FOOD & DRINK: There is nothing up at the car park but we drove down to Beddgelert afterwards where there are loads of coffee shops and pubs
