The Giants trail (Coed Pen-y-Pigyn) in Corwen is a lovely short route through the woodland up to a look out point with streams, stepping stones and some of Derwyn the giants belongings that he has dropped to find along the way.
This was a perfect afternoon walk, leaving enough time to have a little potter around Corwen village (and get ice-cream!)
You can extend the walk up to the reservoir too (only another 2km circular) if you prefer a longer walk.
