🇧🇷 A Ponte da Misarela, também conhecida como a 'Ponte do Diabo' situada em Montalegre, é uma bela ponte medieval que atravessa o Rio Rabagão. Tem um arco com mais de 10 metros que fica nas escarpas de granito. Segundo a lenda local, a estrutura foi criada pelo próprio diabo para ajudar um bandido em fuga a atravessar o rio próximo. O homem fez uma barganha com o diabo e concordou em construir uma ponte se recebesse sua alma em troca. Felizmente para o homem desesperado, um padre sábio interrompeu o negócio expulsando o demônio com seu santo Rosário e transformando a ponte em uma estrutura permanente. A Ponte da Misarela fica ainda mais magnífica quando a água da cascata está mais forte (outono, inverno). Iniciando a trilha pelo lado de Vieira do Minho (há um bolsão para deixar o carro perto), são 800m de caminhada.

It boasts an arch spanning over 10 meters, perched upon the granite cliffs. According to local legend, the structure was crafted by the devil himself to aid a fleeing bandit in crossing the nearby river. The man struck a deal with the devil, agreeing to construct a bridge in exchange for his soul. Fortunately for the desperate man, a wise priest intervened, banishing the demon with his holy Rosary and transforming the bridge into a permanent structure. The Misarela Bridge becomes even more magnificent when the waterfall's water flow is stronger (fall, winter). Beginning the trail from the Vieira do Minho side (there is a parking area to leave the car nearby), it's a 800m walk.
