Cerro La Asunción is one of the highest points along this route. You can park your car by a wooden gate and then hike up for about 10 minutes to reach the top.

It’s a stunning place to watch both the sunrise and sunset, with incredible views all around. Be sure to bring a jacket, as temperatures can get quite cold.
