The Tahoe Via Ferrata has to be one of my favorite all-time adventures in Lake Tahoe. It's an adventure-filled outdoor activity located in Palisades Tahoe on the iconic Tram Face. With permanent steel anchors and cables, participants are kept securely attached to the rock face as they traverse the mountain. Guides provide instruction on techniques and safety for all skill levels. The three and four hour tour options grant visitors spectacular views of the surrounding area. I'm not a huge fans of highs, but I never felt really scared, Tahoe Via Ferrata is the perfect experience. It makes you feel like a true rock star but it is very safe and the guides are incredible. Put this on your adventure list for sure while you are here.
