⛰️ High-Altitude Arrival Care
First Two Days Matter the Most
Pragya Sharma
Leh Ladakh, India
Landing in Leh means your body needs time to adjust to the thin mountain air. To stay safe:
48 hours of acclimatization is a must before heading to higher altitudes.
Avoid any heavy physical activity or exertion for the first 2 days.
Drink 2–3 liters of water daily, but avoid alcohol, smoking, and sedatives.
Keep meals light and simple on Day 1 to prevent indigestion.
⚠️ Remember: Rushing too soon can ruin your trip. Slow down, let your body breathe, and then ride into the adventure.
