Port Barton is like El Nido’s quieter cousin, still beautiful, but with fewer tourists. It’s a perfect stop if you want a break from the crowds and a taste of Palawan’s relaxed island life.

  • Go for a mini island-hopping tour (snorkelling, sandbars, and turtle spotting).

  • Chill at Port Barton Beach, wide, calm, and perfect for swimming.

  • Enjoy the slow pace with beachside cafés and reggae bars.

How to reach?

  • From Puerto Princesa → ~3.5 to 4 hrs by van.

  • From El Nido → ~4 hrs by van.
Vans run daily, and tickets can be booked through hostels/hotels or travel desks

1 day is enough to experience it, it’s more about soaking in the vibe than ticking off activities.
Think hammock life, barefoot evenings, and laid-back island energy. No rush here, just sunsets, sand, and simple beach town charm.
