El Nido is famous for its island-hopping day tours, the best way to see turquoise lagoons, hidden beaches, and dramatic limestone cliffs. These tours are divided into four main routes—Tour A, B, C, and D, each covering different highlights.
Tour A → Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Secret Lagoon, 7 Commando Beach (most popular).
Tour C → Hidden Beach, Secret Beach, Star Beach, Matinloc Shrine (great for snorkelling & adventure).
Tour B & D → Less crowded, more relaxed, mix of caves, beaches, and snorkelling spots.
Average cost: ~1,200–1,800 PHP per person for a full-day tour (includes boat, lunch, life jacket, and guide). Snorkel gear can sometimes cost extra (100–150 PHP).
Boats usually leave around 9 AM and return by 4–5 PM.
Tip: Book a tour a day in advance from local agencies or directly through your hostel/hotel. If you’re short on time, go for Tour A (the classic) or Tour C (for adventure lovers).
