Getting a massage in Ao Nang is super easy, there are parlours everywhere and most of them offer a similar experience. We went to All Day Massage for a traditional Thai massage (no oil), but they still used a bit of lotion, so it wasn’t a completely dry stretch-and-press style. My friend tried the oil massage and honestly, the process felt almost the same. So if you want value for money, I’d say stick to the traditional Thai massage for 250 THB — relaxing, affordable, and perfect after a long travel day.
