Also known as "Barbara Falls" - this might just be one of my favorite hikes in Anchorage, of course it helps that there a waterfall at the end of the .5 mile hike each way. The trail is fairly flat, but can be a bit narrow, overgrown, and muddy - so wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. The rocks near the waterfall can be especially slippery in the summer, and in the winter you can often find some ice climbers here! Watch our hike to the falls here!
