The Storr hike is a popular 3.4-mile loop trail near Portree, Highlands, Scotland, known for its iconic rock formation, the Old Man of Storr. Legend has it that the Old Man was a giant whose thumb remained above ground after his burial. The trail starts at the Old Man of Storr car park and offers stunning views of rocky peaks, a small pond, and Needle Rock. It's a challenging hike with steep sections and rocky paths, so make sure to wear sturdy shoes. And don't forget your camera – you'll want to capture the breathtaking scenery along the way!
