Bryant Park transforms into a European-style Winter Village each holiday season, complete with twinkling lights, festive décor, and the largest Christmas market in New York City. With more than 180 kiosks, you’ll find everything from handcrafted gifts and artisanal goods to international snacks and holiday treats. The open-air setting can get crowded in the afternoons and evenings, so it’s best enjoyed earlier in the day when browsing is easier. At the heart of the village is a 17,000-square-foot ice-skating rink — free to use if you bring your own skates — making this one of the most magical and affordable holiday experiences in Midtown Manhattan.
