Elk Mountain in Slesse Park, British Columbia, Canada is a popular 5.1-mile out-and-back trail known for its challenging yet rewarding hike. The trail offers beautiful views of the Chilliwack River and the Fraser Valley from the summit. Hikers can enjoy a steady incline through a forested area before reaching the more rugged terrain near the top. It's a great spot for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, but be prepared for some narrow sections and slippery spots on the way down. Don't forget your hiking poles and maybe some bug spray for those pesky critters at the peak!
