Takakkaw Falls is an awe inspiring sight located in Yoho National Park in British Columbia, Canada. The falls have an impressive total height of 373 metres (1,224 ft) and a main drop of 254 metres (833 ft). It is the second tallest waterfall in Canada, with meltwater from the Daly Glacier keeping the falls full during the summer months. Lovingly referred to as "magnificent" by the Cree, Takakkaw Falls has featured in films such as Last of the Dogmen and draws tourists from around the world who come for its beauty.
