Gimli Peak is a majestic mountain situated in the Valhalla Ranges of the Selkirk Mountains in British Columbia, Canada. At an impressive elevation of 2,806 metres (9,206 ft), it is the fourth-highest point in the Valhalla Ranges.

No camping permit is required at this point. It is a beautiful place to spend the night. Sometimes you can see mountains goats there!

It is also characterised by its rocky glacial gneiss, making it a hot spot for experienced and novice climbers alike. Over 7 established climbing routes to use, from class 3 to 5.12d great fun for all skill levels. But for those who'd rather take it easy, visitors are welcome to take in the breathtaking view of this great peak from the nearby Mulvey Lakes or Slocan Lake. There's something for everyone at Gimli Peak!
