Sunwapta Falls is a rad pair of waterfalls in Jasper National Park, Canada. These falls are easily accessible via a short road off the Icefields Parkway and drop about 61 feet. The name "Sunwapta" means "turbulent water" in the Stoney language, and the falls are most epic in late spring when the snowmelt is raging. There's an upper and lower falls, but most peeps check out the upper one 'cause it's easier to get to. The water comes from the Athabasca Glacier, so it's pumping in early summer. It's like nature's own water show!
