Casuarina Beach is one of the few paid beaches in Sri Lanka but it does come with toilet and shower facilities as well as food and drink options for that small price.
Very popular with locals, especially on the weekends, it can get quite crowded down at the main swimming area but you can walk along the beach to much more secluded spots
