The instagram famous tower is at the top of a very steep hill that you aren't allowed to drive your tuktuk to the top of, locals can but foreigners can't.
Once you get to the top the views can be spectacular and you can pay for them to do drone footage of you at the tower.
There's also a big Bali-style swing that might be nice for photos on a clear day if that's your thing.
Climbing the tower is slow as its super narrow. Honestly, I don't know if it's worth going vs some of the other viewpoints in the greater Kandy area. But it is very pretty at the top
