Näs borgruin is a fascinating historical site located on the island of Visingsö. This ancient ruin is the remnants of a medieval fortress that once stood proudly, offering a glimpse into the region's past. Visitors often find themselves captivated by the stone walls and the surrounding landscape, which adds to the site's charm. The area is not just about history; it’s also a lovely spot for a stroll or a picnic, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. People enjoy exploring the ruins, imagining what life was like back in the day when the fortress was bustling with activity.
All the way on the other side of the island you find the North lighthouse shown in the video. There is aslo a lighthouse at the south end close to the Näs ruins.
