A small, peaceful park built along the Otonashi River, just steps from Ōji Station in Kita Ward. Known for its stone bridges, cobblestone paths, and small artificial waterfalls, the park evokes the charm of traditional Japanese landscapes. Nestled below street level, it offers a quiet escape from city noise — ideal for walks, tranquil breaks, and seasonal photography (cherry blossoms in spring, maple leaves in autumn).

Touristy? : Not very touristy. Mostly visited by locals and a few enthusiasts of old-style Japanese scenery.
