A charming walkway running alongside the Shirakawa River in Kyoto’s Gion district. Lined with cherry trees, traditional wooden tea houses, and stone lanterns, it’s one of the most romantic strolls in the city. Especially peaceful in the early morning or evening, and particularly beautiful during cherry blossom season.
