Historic Tendai Buddhist temple founded in the 9th century, also known as Meguro Fudōson. Houses a statue of Fudō Myōō, one of the five guardian deities of old Edo. The grounds include a grand gate, ritual waterfall, multiple halls, and a forest path. A key site on the pilgrimage of Tokyo’s five Fudō temples.
