Shopping complex beneath the Tobu Skytree Line and a riverside walkway along the Kitajukken River, opened in 2020. Consists of two zones (west near Asakusa, east by Tokyo Skytree) featuring cafes, restaurants, creative shops, a sports space, and a hostel. The illuminated pedestrian promenade (7 am–10 pm) spans the river in about three minutes via the Sumida River Walk, offering views of the river and Skytree.
