Small open-air foot bath located along the Katsura River, in the heart of Shuzenji Onsen on the Izu Peninsula. This ashiyu (foot bath) is free and open to the public, surrounded by stones and easily accessible without reservation. It’s appreciated for its simplicity and direct view of the river. An ideal spot for a relaxing break while strolling through the historic hot spring village.

Price: Free
Touristy? : Moderately touristy. Often used by passersby exploring the historic district of Shuzenji.
