Daimyo-era garden built in the Genroku period (late 17th century), located in Ryōgoku. Features a pond fed by pumps simulating Sumida River tides, stone and wooden bridges, islets, a heart-shaped rise pond, and wildlife like turtles and fish. Became Yasuda Zenjirō’s property in 1891, donated to the city in 1922, destroyed by the 1923 Great Kantō earthquake, and restored in 1927. Designated a Prefectural Place of Scenic Beauty.
