Former military fort turned public park, located on an artificial island in Odaiba, Tokyo. It was part of a coastal defense system built in 1853 to protect Edo from foreign naval threats. Today, it serves as a quiet green space offering panoramic views of the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Bay, and the city skyline. The park remains largely undeveloped, preserving remnants of old stone walls and cannon batteries, giving it a calm, slightly hidden historical atmosphere.
