Park

A large wooded park located just north of the Imperial Palace moats, between Chidorigafuchi and Nippon Budokan. Once part of the Edo Castle grounds, it has been transformed into a peaceful public space. It’s perfect for a nature break, a stroll, or a picnic — especially during cherry blossom season in spring.

Things to do nearby:

  • Visit the Nippon Budokan, a famous martial arts and concert arena.

  • Stop by the Science Museum or the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT), both just a short walk away.

Entrance fee: Free

Touristic?
Not very touristy. Highly appreciated by locals, especially on weekdays.

Tip: A great place for a peaceful walk after visiting Chidorigafuchi, or simply to unwind in the middle of the city.
