Kurayoshi is a small city in Tottori Prefecture known for its preserved warehouse district. Walking through the old area, you’ll see white-walled kura storehouses, stone bridges, and quiet canals that give the town a very calm, local feel. I found it easy to explore on foot, without crowds or pressure. It’s not a place packed with big attractions, but more a stop to slow down and enjoy a traditional townscape that still feels lived in.
