Buddhist temple in Kamakura, best known for housing the iconic Great Buddha of Kamakura (Kamakura Daibutsu)—a massive bronze statue of Amida Buddha standing 11.3 meters tall and weighing about 121 tons. Originally cast in the 13th century, the statue once sat inside a temple building that was later destroyed by a tsunami; it now stands in the open air. Visitors can even enter inside the statue to view its interior structure.

Price: Around 300 ¥ (additional ~20 ¥ to enter inside the statue)
