The tallest structure in Kyoto at 131 m, this tower offers panoramic views of the entire city and surrounding mountains from its observation deck located 100 m high. Its design resembles a traditional candle, symbolizing light. It stands right in front of Kyoto Station, above a shopping complex.

Entrance fee: ¥900 (adult).
Touristy?: Fairly touristy, especially for first-time visitors. Less crowded than other observation decks in Japan.
