A humble neighborhood ramen spot tucked away in Nishikasai, Edogawa. The menu is extremely limited (just 3 types of ramen), allowing the chef to focus entirely on quality. The broth is a rich yet well-balanced tonkotsu-shoyu (pork and soy sauce), topped with thick chāshū, a perfectly marinated egg, and bamboo shoots. The interior is quiet and minimal, with about 10 counter seats.

💰 Price: ¥1,000–¥1,300
🎯 Touristy? Not at all. A hidden gem mostly known by locals and ramen enthusiasts.
