Located in Sakai City, this park features traditional Japanese gardens that become vibrant with fall colors

Daisen Park in Sakai, Osaka, is a sprawling 38.5-hectare green space that's home to ancient imperial tombs and a beautiful Japanese garden. With over 1,000 cherry trees blooming in spring, it's the perfect spot for hanami picnics. Visitors can explore the massive burial mounds of emperors Nintoku and Richu, soak in the serene atmosphere of the Japanese garden, and enjoy a traditional matcha tea at one of the park's tea houses. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in nature and history.
