Small modern museum located at the base of Mount Takao, dedicated to the mountain’s nature, wildlife, and plant life. Its name comes from Mount Takao’s elevation (599 meters). The exhibition is interactive, featuring taxidermy specimens, multimedia installations, and accessible information about local trails, plants, birds, and insects. The museum also includes a café area and a pleasant rest space.
