An iconic skyscraper in Shinjuku, designed by renowned architect Kenzo Tange, this twin-towered structure serves as the headquarters of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The building features two free observation decks (North and South Towers) on the 45th floor, standing at about 202 meters high. From there, you can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo, including Mount Fuji on clear days, Tokyo Skytree, and Yoyogi Park.

Inside, you'll also find a souvenir shop, café, and seasonal exhibitions.
