Park located in Chichibu, best known for its Shibazakura Hill—a slope blanketed in moss phlox that creates colorful pink, white, and violet patterns each spring (April to early May). The park also offers open views of Mount Buko, and includes a small zoo, a hands-on farm, and wooded walking trails. It is very popular during the Shibazakura Festival but becomes a quiet, pleasant spot for walks the rest of the year.

Price: Free outside the bloom season. Around 300 ¥ during flowering
Touristy? : Very touristy during the shibazakura season. Quiet the rest of the year.
