Taenoyu Onsen is a ryokan located in the Nyūtō Onsen area along the Sendatsu River. It offers several baths including a mixed outdoor rotenburo overlooking a waterfall, as well as separate indoor baths for men and women.

The establishment is more modern than some of the other ryokan in the region while still keeping a traditional atmosphere. Day-use access is available with an entry ticket, while overnight guests can enjoy longer access to the baths.

As with many mixed onsens in Japan, some areas may require the use of a towel in mixed bathing sections.
