The highest point on Miyajima, the summit offers a 360° panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea, the surrounding islands, and on clear days, even Shikoku or Hiroshima. The observatory at the top is modern and well-designed, ideal for watching the sunset.

To reach it, you’ll need to hike 30–45 minutes from Shishiiwa Observatory, along a forested trail with stairs and inclines.

💴 Admission: Free
👥 Touristy? Moderately — less crowded due to the hike, but popular in the late afternoon
📍 Access: From Shishiiwa Station (via Miyajima Ropeway), then follow the trail to the summit

💡 Bring water and wear good shoes, the effort is worth it for the views!
