Starting station of the ropeway leading to the summit of Mount Hodo (Hodosan) in Nagatoro. The ride takes about 5 minutes and offers panoramic views over the Chichibu Valley, especially beautiful in autumn or spring. At the top, visitors will find a small family-friendly zoo, walking paths, cherry blossoms in spring, and plum trees in winter. Mount Hodo is also known for its shrine and vibrant autumn foliage.
