A Buddhist temple tucked away in the mountains north of Osaka, famous for its countless daruma (good luck dolls) scattered all over the grounds. Surrounded by nature, the site is especially beautiful in autumn. Visitors come to pray for personal success and victory in their goals.

💴 Entrance fee: ¥400
👥 Tourist level: Low – mainly visited by locals and travelers seeking a unique spiritual experience.

📍 How to get there:
🚍 By bus: From Minoh Station, take bus Aodanchi 29 directly to Katsuo-ji Temple (note: service is infrequent)
🚶 By foot: You can also hike from Minoh Falls via the main road (~1 hour). Be cautious, this hike can be tiring in summer.
