A Shinto shrine dedicated to multiple deities associated with water and protection, also known as the “Dragon God of Shinagawa.” It features an old torii gate, a vermilion bridge over the Meguro River, and intricate carvings. In June, its mikoshi (portable shrine) crosses the river during a purification ritual festival. Early-blooming cherry blossoms can also be seen here in February.

Price: Free admission
Touristy?: Moderately touristy. Visited by locals, history buffs, and photographers, especially during early cherry blossom season.
