Cultural center located in Chichibu, dedicated to Chichibu Meisen, a type of silk fabric with geometric patterns that was highly popular in Japan during the 1920s–30s. Housed in a restored former silk factory, the center showcases the history of the textile, weaving techniques, and offers hands-on workshops where visitors can try weaving or wear a Meisen kimono. Locally made silk goods and fabrics are also available for purchase.

Price: Around 210 ¥. Workshops require an additional fee
Touristy? : Not very touristy. Mainly visited by those interested in textiles, craftsmanship, or local history.
