Tenjin Sengen Shrine is a small Shinto shrine located in Arima Onsen, built directly above one of the town’s hot spring sources. Steam rises from the ground around the shrine, which gives the place a strong onsen atmosphere. It’s not a large complex, just a quiet stop tucked into the streets of Arima. I liked passing by while walking through the town, especially because you can clearly see and smell the mineral-rich spring water below.
