The park is especially popular in autumn for its vibrant maple foliage and seasonal light-up events. It also includes an old tea pavilion and a former music hall turned memorial.

Price: Free admission
Touristy?: Not very touristy. Known among locals and Japanese garden enthusiasts, but rarely visited by international tourists.
